Vendors are encouraged to be aware of safe food handling measures. Please ensure you are aware of everything you are required to do as suggested by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. If you have any concerns regarding food handling please contact Typhany Choinard at 613-472-1515.

Vendors are to set up around the Tourism Centre using the layout below as a guide.

Harvest Hastings celebrates food grown in Hastings County and the people who grow it. Hastings County is very diverse as it runs from Lake Ontario to Algonquin Park and the agricultural industry reflects this.

By buying locally you can support the farms and get fresh high quality food. You can get to know the farmers and you can find out about how they farm.

Harvest Hastings is one of many local food projects promoting GOOD FOOD GROWN IN ONTARIO. It links local farmers, WHO’S GROWING LOCALLY with consumers and lets people to explore the rich variety of WHAT’S GROWN LOCALLY. You can find local food using the MAP or at WHERE TO BUY.
