Equipment Rates

The Municipality of Marmora and Lake Transportation Services Department is inviting quotes for hourly rental rates for various equipment for the purpose of establishing pay rates for the 2026 construction and maintenance season.

Rate submissions are to include valid trade certificates, licenses and WSIB Clearance Certificates.  Liability and automobile insurance will also be required.  Such insurance shall be subject to an inclusive limit of not less than $5,000,000.00.

Equipment will be hired on an as needed basis. The Lead Hand of Transportation Services reserves the right to be the sole judge of the acceptability of any equipment and to rent such equipment, which in their opinion most closely meets the operating requirements of the job.  All decisions made by the Lead Hand of Transportation Services with respect to mechanical fitness of equipment shall be final.
